For instance, its integration with Outlook is useful as when an email comes in from a customer, you can directly send documents, including price quotations and invoices. Documents can also be updated, modified and customized without leaving your email client. Also when emailing multiple clients, we can easily view related documents, opportunities and account status for all recipients in the sidebar.
